Former Mountain Comp CFO claims she was subjected to retaliation for refusing to submit fraudulent bills
PRESTONSBURG, Ky. — Mountain Comprehensive Care’s former chief financial officer has sued the company, claiming she was subjected to a hostile work environment after she refused to falsify billing codes. Rebeckah Hall, a 26-year employee of the organization, filed a complaint Jan. 23, in Floyd Circuit Court, against Mountain Comprehensive Care and its subsidiary, Mountain Plus Services. In the complaint, she claims her supervisors, including CEO Promod Bishnoi, instructed her to submit false billing codes to generate more revenue for the organization. UK MGOLF: Wildcats Shoot Season-Best Score in Round Two at Watersound
PANAMA CITY, Fla. – Kentucky men’s golf posted its best score of the 2025-26 season on Tuesday, carding a 272 (-8) in round two of the Watersound Invitational to move into a tie for fourth place through 36 holes at Watersound Club’s Third Course (par 70, 7148 yards). Lady Cardinals Edge Lady Hawks in Road Victory
The Martin County Lady Cardinals picked up a hard-fought 59-55 road win over the Pike Central Lady Hawks on Tuesday night. Martin County had three players finish in double figures, led by a dominant performance from Makenna Marcum. Marcum recorded 24 points and 17 rebounds, controlling the paint on both ends of the floor. She shot 47.1 percent from the field, 40 percent from three-point range and was perfect at the free-throw line.
